1) Registration

 

Registrations for training events (courses) of RanCode GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "RanCode") must be submitted in writing using the online form, by fax or e-mail (office@rancode.at) no later than one week before the start of the training module. Participants will be considered in the order in which they are received. If the maximum number of participants is reached or the participant does not have the required prior knowledge, we reserve the right to reject the registration. In both cases, we will offer alternative proposals. Registrations should be sent to: RanCode GmbH, Argentiniertstraße 28 /1, 1040 Vienna. An order confirmation with all relevant information, conditions and costs will be sent to you.

 

2) Cancellation and deadlines

 

Cancellations must be sent to RanCode GmbH in writing or electronically.

 

- Up to 3 weeks before the start of the course: no cancellation fees

- Up to 14 days before the start of the course: 50 % cancellation fees

- From then until the start of the course: 100 % cancellation fees*

 

*This also applies if the reserved course place is not taken up without cancellation or an alternative date is not taken up.

 

Upon payment of 100 % of the cancellation fee, the participant will receive the course documents.

 

3) Postponement, cancellation

 

RanCode reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses before they begin, to replace trainers and to make minor changes to training content and documents without this giving rise to claims of any kind. If a course is canceled due to force majeure or unforeseeable events (e.g. accident, illness of the instructor), a new date will be agreed with the participants. RanCode accepts no liability for compensation for expenses and other damages, including loss of earnings, IT malfunctions with data loss and consequential and financial losses.

 

4) Payment

 

All prices are quoted in euros excluding VAT and are to be paid immediately after invoicing, which generally takes place before the start of the course, without deduction. All documents and products remain the property of RanCode until payment has been made in full. Partial invoices are possible for orders with several units. In the event of late payment, default interest of 12% p.a. shall be charged.

 

5) Prices, offers, cost estimates, conclusion of contract

 

All prices shown on www.rancode.at are in euros excluding VAT. All offers and cost estimates are non-binding and only valid for the specified period. Prices in cost estimates are only valid on the day of issue. With the introduction of a new price list, previous price lists lose their validity, with the exception of offers within the validity period. Contracts are concluded exclusively by our written order confirmation.

 

6) Hardware and software

 

If the client provides hardware and software for a company seminar, it is obliged to provide a functioning infrastructure in accordance with RanCode's specifications and to ensure that no damage can be caused by the trainer or the participants. If the infrastructure is provided by the client, RanCode accepts no liability for the success of the training.

 

7) E-learning

 

When purchasing e-learning content, RanCode guarantees that the provider access code will enable access during the agreed period. RanCode assumes no liability or guarantee for actual access, particularly in the event of technical faults or other reasons on the part of the e-learning provider. Downtimes do not lead to an extension of the access authorization; claims for reimbursement are excluded.

 

8) Copyrights

 

Information, data and course materials from RanCode may not be reproduced, modified or distributed without express written permission. This applies both to public use and to adaptations for teaching purposes. All trademarks mentioned in the documents are the property of their owners. The client may only use the documents for his own purposes.

 

9) Liability

 

RanCode is liable for personal injury within the scope of the statutory provisions. For other damages, RanCode is only liable in cases of proven gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded. RanCode accepts no liability for items brought along by course participants.

 

10) Electronic sending of information and offers

 

After booking our services or products, we reserve the right to send you information about our range of seminars. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time via a link in the e-mail.

 

11) Place of jurisdiction

 

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the order and its execution is the regional court in Vienna.
